Royal Victoria Hospital Liver Support Group
My Wife Lynda is a Liver Transplant Patient , She is 8 years post transplant & is enjoying a second chance at life thanks to the courage & sacrifice of a registered donor , whom without them being a donor we would not be in this position " We Are Forever Grateful ". Our way of giving back to a dedicated team of support is by donating £1 from all Day Tickets throughout the year & a specific competition which will run each year where transplant patients " both pre op & post op " can partake will go to the support team to help other families .hit the link below to read about the teams dedication & hard work.

Ray McKeeman
Ray has since September 2023 supplied ourselves with hard fighting , quality fish & is always on hand to help us as we establish ourselves as the Newest Fishery in North Down
Ray has a wealth of knowledge having been in the business a long time as both a Fishery Owner but also a Fish Supplier , Supplying many local Fisheries.
Neill Walker
Neill is Northern Irelands Ambassador for MaxCatch - His wealth of knowledge & attention to detail of his products is second to none.
Neill is also a Friendly , Passionate Fly Angler who always puts others before himself.
AMK AQUACULTURE
Alan & Ina have run a successful fish farm for over 15+ years , they are producers of Eyed Ova , Fingerlings , Quality Stock Trout . The brood fish are selected three years in advance, at the fingerling stage & further selection continues at the yearling & two year stages in order to breed only the type of fish that natural selection produces in the wild.
using organic methods at the hatchery the results speak for themselves - Top Quality , Hard Fighting Fish .
Having worked alongside Alan these past few months the attention to detail he gives each fish , the advice & knowledge he provides us as a fishery in ensuring us at Hillside Trout Fishery is fast becoming North Downs Newest Premier Fly Fishery.

Community Service
Our Fishery is proud to work alongside the Community Service Team who help us greatly Enhance & Maintain our lake , The service users are a great help around the Fishery taking on any task asked ensuring this sport is open for many Anglers from all backgrounds & providing a free service in which they give back to the local community.
Paul & John both bring a wealth of knowledge & experience in both Team Building but also their knowledge of various Trades.
Bert's Bungs
Fly Anglers are always looking for evolving quality fly's that do exactly as they are intended , Bert's Fly's are not only bang up to date but the quality of his vast array of fly's is second to none.
Willie always goes above & beyond helping both Anglers & Fisheries like ourselves as we run competitions throughout the season.
Stand4Trees
We as a Fishery are proud to be working alongside our local council in the Stand4Trees Scheme initiative , Were we can do our bit for the Local Environment by planting Native Trees & Bushes within our Fishery which will help preserve our Green Space , our Wild Life , & help with the Biodiversity within the Borough.
Fly Angling Tuition
George comes highly recommended to us here at Hillside Trout Fishery having had Many Years of experience in tutoring & mentoring many Fly Anglers from beginners right up to the seasoned Angler. George has teamed up with our fishery to offer tuition to those Anglers that seek help.
